We are seeking a highly experienced and dynamic Global HR Director to lead our Human Resources strategy and operations across our international offices. The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker, an excellent communicator, and a proven leader with a passion for fostering a diverse and inclusive workplace culture. This role involves shaping our global HR policies, overseeing talent management practices, and ensuring that our HR initiatives are aligned with our business objectives.
1. Develop and execute a global HR strategy that aligns with the company's strategic objectives. 2. Lead and mentor the HR team across different regions to ensure high levels of performance and employee satisfaction. 3. Oversee the global recruitment process, ensuring we attract and retain top talent. 4. Implement comprehensive training and development programs to enhance employee skills and drive performance. 5. Ensure compliance with international labor laws and regulations across all offices. 6. Drive initiatives that foster a diverse and inclusive work environment.
1. A minimum of 10 years of HR experience with at least 5 years in a leadership role managing teams across multiple countries. 2. A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master's degree or HR certifications (such as SHRM or HRCI) is preferred. 3. Demonstrated ability to develop and implement HR strategies that support business objectives. 4. Strong knowledge of international labor laws and HR best practices. 5. Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to engage effectively at all levels of the organization. 6. Experience in change management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
